Burnout Coach

Jo Hobbs, a burnout specialist, former British Army Officer, and trades business owner, brings a wealth of experience from military operations and business. Her intuitive, compassionate coaching style will ensure you feel relaxed and supported throughout your stay

When life gets busy and responsibilities take over, it’s easy to lose sight of what truly matters. Through a series of activities, we'll help you reconnect with yourself and restore balance in your life. Together, we’ll identify your personal sources of stress—both positive and negative—and introduce you to effective stress management techniques

Participants will depart with actionable strategies for managing stress, a clear vision of what a meaningful life looks like for them, and an understanding of health and wellbeing, along with a structured plan to reach their wellbeing goals

Personal Fitness Trainer


Physical exercise is a powerful stress reliever, helping to boost endorphins, reduce cortisol levels, improve sleep, enhance brain function, and build self-confidence

At The Reset Retreat, Brayden Coley, top personal fitness trainer and founder of ASAP Training, will give you advice around how to make exercise a natural part of your daily routine 

Together, we’ll explore what may be holding you back from reaching your fitness goals, revisit exercises you’ve enjoyed in the past, introduce new ideas, and help you form new fitness habits that help you thrive

During the program, Brayden will lead a fitness session. You can choose to participate or enjoy a peaceful walk—it's entirely up to you!

Te karaka station & lodge

Each guest room at Te Karaka Lodge is thoughtfully designed for your comfort. Opened in 2023, this luxury contemporary lodge combines relaxed elegance with modern amenities. All rooms are stylishly furnished with either a king bed or twin configuration and feature a private outdoor space. With exceptional service and luxurious amenities, every detail is crafted to meet your needs

Te Karaka Lodge Restaurant
The Reset Retreat is a proactive approach to preventing burnout and managing stress effectively. Giving you the skills to thrive, rather than simply survive.   For those wishing to minimise their travel time, helicopter transportation can be organised through our friends at Volta Aviation from Auckland. Taking just 15 mins in a luxury 13 seater Sikorsky S76C++  
 

ADDITIONAL INFO & Payment Options

The Reset Retreat includes Saturday night accommodation, all meals freshly prepared by our on-site chef, and the complete Reset Programme. The programme begins at 9:30 AM on Saturday and concludes around 3:30 PM on Sunday afternoon

The Reset Retreat:   $1890 per person    

**EARLY BIRD  OFFER**   $1640 per person  Book before 17 Dec save $250 per person

Friday Night Accommodation:  $375.00 per person

Friday Night Accommodation & Dinner:  $450.00 per person

To book your place, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Remaining balance is payable 1 week prior to course starting
