Enhance your next team day with in-house group training from The Reset Coach. Tailored to your organisation's unique needs, this engaging and interactive wellbeing program is perfect for groups of up to 12 people at a venue of your choice.

With her background in the military and experience managing a trades business, Jo Hobbs has a unique perspective on the needs of both employers and employees. By sharing her personal journey with stress—both the challenges and the positives—Jo empowers participants through a highly motivational coaching style to enhance their wellbeing through adopting good self care routines.

Before the training day, participants complete a wellbeing questionnaire to ensure the program addresses specific concerns. Common focus areas include Self-Awareness, Physical Activity, Sleep, Nutrition, Mindfulness, Breathing Techniques, and Building Meaningful Relationships. We’ll also explore the barriers to achieving wellbeing goals, helping each participant create a personalised wellbeing plan.

The typical in-house program lasts 6-8 hours and is suitable for employees at all levels. Ongoing support, including 1:1 coaching, fitness plans, and nutrition plans, is available if needed.
